Joby ships with four built-in themes you can switch between any time — Classic, Pro, Warm, and Dark. Themes are per-user (not org-wide), so every person on your team can pick what they like. Your choice saves immediately and follows you across desktop, laptop, and any other device you sign in on.
1. Open the theme picker
You'll find the theme picker in the top right of the app header, next to the busy/available toggle. The picker shows your current theme — out of the box, that's Classic.
2. Try Pro for a premium look
Pro is a sleek, modern theme with stronger contrast and refined typography. Good default for office staff who spend the whole day in the app and want a sharper visual hierarchy.
3. Try Warm for softer tones
Warm uses a coffee-toned palette with less blue light. Easier on the eyes during long shifts, and a popular pick for dispatchers who run Joby on a big monitor all day.
4. Try Dark for night-time work
Dark mode is built for low-light environments — evening dispatch, overnight on-call, or just personal preference. Cuts screen glare and saves battery on OLED displays.
5. Your choice saves automatically
No save button to hit — your selection takes effect immediately and is remembered for next time. To switch again, just reopen the picker and pick a different theme. To go back to the default, pick Classic.
