Set up your company profile

How to fill in your company name, contact info, address, and business hours. These are the details that appear on your estimates, invoices, and customer messages.

Your company profile is the foundation everything else builds on. Your logo, name, contact info, address, and business hours appear on every estimate, invoice, email, and customer-facing page. Fill this out before you send anything to a customer.

1. Open Company Settings

You'll find it under Settings in the left sidebar. This is where every customer-facing detail lives.

2. Upload your logo

Use a square PNG with a transparent background for best results. Your logo appears on the estimate portal, invoice emails, and the booking widget.

2

3. Set name, category, and time zone

The name here is what customers see on every document. Pick the right category (HVAC, plumbing, locksmith, etc.) so Joby can pre-fill industry-specific defaults. Set the time zone so appointment reminders go out at the right local time.

4. Check your primary contact number

This is the number customers can call from the estimate portal and invoice page. It also shows in the email signature. Use a number you actually answer.

5. Update your address

Your address shows on invoices and helps customers verify they're dealing with a real local business. It's also used for service area routing if you don't override it per job.

6. Set your business hours

Joby uses business hours to decide when auto-replies go out, when the AI agent should pick up calls, and what time reminders are sent.
