Lead source integration
Joby + Facebook Lead Ads
Auto-pull every lead from your Facebook and Instagram lead forms straight into Joby the moment someone submits — with the source tagged so you can measure exactly what your ad spend is producing.
What it is
Facebook Lead Ads are the forms customers fill out directly inside Facebook or Instagram (without ever leaving the app). Great conversion rates, but the leads sit in Facebook's Ads Manager by default — where nobody on your team is actually working.
The Joby + Facebook Lead Ads integration solves that. Once connected, every new lead submission on any form on the pages you pick is automatically created as a lead in Joby — with full contact info, the answers to your form questions, and the source tagged as Facebook Lead Ads so your reports know where it came from.
Why it matters
Every Facebook lead is in your CRM in seconds. No more logging into Facebook Ads Manager, no more copy-pasting into Joby, no more losing leads because someone forgot to check the ad account.
Reply and dispatch from Joby. Call, text, quote, schedule — all from the CRM your team already lives in.
Measure ad ROI cleanly. Every Facebook lead is tagged with the source. Reports show cost per lead, conversion rate, and revenue by page or campaign — so you know exactly which ads are worth their spend.
Works across multiple pages. Agencies, franchises, or multi-location businesses can connect several Facebook pages under one integration and route each page's leads into Joby.
What syncs
Facebook field | Where it lands in Joby |
Full name | Lead first/last name (and a matching client record). |
Phone number | Lead phone — ready to call or text with one click. |
Email address | Lead email. |
City / ZIP / address | Lead address (used for routing and maps). |
Custom form questions | Lead notes — the answers to any custom questions you added to the form. |
Page name and form name | Ad source tag so reports show exactly which page/campaign drove the lead. |
Set it up
Two short parts: authorize Facebook with OAuth, then pick which pages and forms should send leads into Joby.
Prerequisite
You need to be a Page admin on the Facebook Page(s) you want to connect, and the Page must have Lead Ads enabled (this is a Facebook Ads Manager setup, not a Joby one). If you don't manage the Facebook page yourself, ask whoever does to authorize the connection.
Part 1 — Connect Facebook
1. Open Settings → Integrations
All external connections live under Settings → Integrations.
2. Click Connect on the Facebook Lead Ads tile
Find the Facebook Lead Ads tile in the integrations grid and click Connect. This opens the setup screen.
3. Click Connect Facebook to start the OAuth flow
This launches Facebook's official authorization popup. Joby never sees your Facebook password — Facebook handles authentication.
Part 2 — Pick pages and forms
4. Select the pages you want to integrate
Facebook shows every Page you're an admin of. Tick the ones you want to route into Joby. You can pick one, several, or all — every ticked page will send its lead form submissions to Joby.
5. Click Continue
This returns you to Joby with the page list confirmed.
6. Pick the page you're configuring
If you connected multiple pages, pick the one you want to configure first from the dropdown. You'll configure each connected page separately.
7. Enable the lead form(s) for this page
Joby lists every Lead Ads form Facebook has for the selected page. Tick the checkbox next to each form you want to sync. Any form you don't tick will stay in Facebook and not flow into Joby.
Tip
If a form you know exists in Facebook doesn't show up here, it's usually because it's a draft (not published) or archived. Publish it in Facebook Ads Manager and it'll appear.
8. Click Save integration
Save integration commits your page + form selection. From this moment on, every new submission to any enabled form auto-creates a lead in Joby within seconds.
Things to know
Situation | What happens |
Someone submits your Facebook Lead form | A new lead is created in Joby within seconds, tagged with source = Facebook Lead Ads (plus the page name). |
The same phone/email submits twice | Joby matches by phone/email to avoid a duplicate lead — the new submission is added as a note on the existing lead. |
You add a new form in Facebook after connecting | It appears in your Joby integration settings — go back and tick the checkbox to enable it. |
You disconnect a page | New submissions to that page stop flowing into Joby. Existing leads stay put. |
Your Facebook auth expires | Reconnect from the same integration page — your page and form selections stay intact. |
Tip
Use Joby's reports to measure Facebook's ROI honestly. Filter by source = Facebook Lead Ads and compare cost-per-lead, conversion rate, and average job value against other lead sources. That's how you know when to scale spend or shift budget to a channel that's producing more.
Security
Note
Facebook's official OAuth flow — Joby never sees your Facebook password. Joby only requests permission to read leads from the pages you explicitly authorize. Revoke access anytime from Facebook Business Settings, or disconnect from Joby's integrations page.
