Dialer Configuration controls which phone numbers your team can call from. You pick a default From number (pre-selected when the dialer opens) and which other numbers show in the dropdown so agents can switch per call.
1. Open Dialer Configuration
You'll find it at Settings → Dialer Configuration. This page controls which of your numbers show up in the From dropdown when an agent opens the phone dialer.
2. Pick a Default Dialer Number
The Default Dialer Number is what's pre-selected when an agent opens the dialer. Pick the number you want most outbound calls to come from.
3. Open the available numbers dropdown
Below the default, the Available Numbers in Dialer section lets you choose which numbers appear in the dialer's From dropdown menu — agents can switch between them per call.
4. Add numbers to the dialer
Check each number you want available in the dialer. Numbers you don't check stay hidden from the dropdown — useful for keeping marketing-only or masking-only numbers out of the regular dialer.
5. Save the display numbers
Hit Save Display Numbers. Changes apply immediately — the dialer dropdown updates the next time it's opened.
6. Confirm your numbers are added
The selected numbers show in the list. Verify each one looks right before using the dialer.
7. Open the dialer to make a call
Open the phone dialer (sidebar or shortcut). The From dropdown now shows your chosen numbers, with the default pre-selected. Agents can switch on the fly.
